Window & Door Replacement Packages

Doing the windows and a patio or entry door at the same time costs less than doing them a year apart – and it is one disruption instead of two.

Why a package costs less

The saving is in the visit, not a discount code.

How much depends on the mix of products and the number of openings, so it is quoted on your written estimate rather than advertised as a percentage.

One mobilisation, not two

Setup, protection, disposal and clean-up happen once. That is real cost, and it is the biggest part of what a package saves.

One measure, one order

Everything is measured on the same visit and ordered together, which cuts a second lead time out of the project.

Finishes that actually match

Frame colour, grid pattern and hardware are chosen across the whole house at once, instead of trying to match a door to windows fitted two years ago.

One disruption

One set of dates, one crew in the house, one final walkthrough.

Common packages

Three ways people combine the work.

None of these are fixed bundles. They are the combinations we are asked for most, and each is priced on your own openings.

Gray craftsman home with a wood front door and covered porch

Whole house + patio door

Every window on the house and the slider onto the deck, in one project. The most common package we quote.

Home with new windows and a new entry door

Front elevation + entry door

The side of the house people see: front windows and the entry door done together, so the curb appeal lands at once.

Bedroom windows and a patio slider replaced

Problem rooms + the door that drags

Not ready for the whole house? Fix the coldest rooms and the door you fight with, and keep the rest for later.

Window styles

Every style available in a package.

Windows and patio doors come from the same product lines, so a combined job matches without hunting for a finish.

Qualified to do the work

What our customers say

Homeowners who did both at once

On the job
Windows and a slider, same week

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Our old aluminum windows dripped with condensation every winter. The new vinyl windows fixed it completely – and the street noise is half what it was.

We got three quotes. Everguard was the only company that didn’t do a four-hour presentation. Straight answers, fair price, and the new sliders look fantastic.

“Everguard replaced 11 foggy windows on our 1978 split-level. The crew was on time, kept everything clean, and the house is noticeably warmer. The estimate was quick and there was zero pressure.”

Package questions

What people ask before combining the work

It depends on how many openings there are and which products you choose. The saving comes from one mobilisation, one measure and one install window rather than a flat discount, so we put the number on your written estimate instead of advertising one.

Usually one offer applies per project. Whatever ends up on your written estimate is what counts, and we will tell you which combination works out better for you.

No. Plenty of projects are staged – the worst rooms first, the rest next season. Pricing is per opening, so you can see exactly what staging costs you.

That is most of the point. Frame colour, grid pattern, glass package and hardware are chosen across the whole job on the same visit.

Most are one to two days on site. Larger houses or specialty shapes can run longer, and you get real dates in writing before anything is ordered.

Doing both? Get one number for the whole job.

We measure the windows and the doors on the same visit and leave written line-item pricing for all of it.
